Machine Operator (5am-5pm)
We currently have a need for fulltime Production Operators to fill positions on our 12-hour night shift (5:00 pm - 5:00 am). These positions involve all aspects of machining and assembly, with broad team responsibility for:
o Maintaining safety standards
o Performing quality inspections
o Ensuring production quantity and delivery goals are met
o Performing preventative machine maintenance
3 years experience in a team based, high volume production environment is necessary. Specific requirements include:
o HS diploma or GED and some college or technical training
o Very stable work history
o Previous leadership experience (strongly preferred)
o Good reading/communication skills
o Ability to lift 50 lbs
o Ability to work in a physically demanding & fast-paced environment
