Preform general Accounting duties including AR
Effectively work on several projects concurrently and respond proactively to tasks assigned
Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
Run reports
Soft collections 30/60/90 days
Posting invoices
Background Profile:
2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
High School Diploma
Proficient in Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Exposure to enterprise level accounting software
