Key Performance Elements/
Essential Functions:
o Oversee Performance Management Program
o Actively recruit, hire, and develop team
o Ensure restaurant/area workforce is reflective of restaurant community
o Maintain consistent communication with restaurants
o Daily restaurant visits to evaluate operations, talent, and guests experiences
o Manage and improve operating standards, consistent from restaurant to restaurant
o Supervise new restaurant opening processes
o Create business development plans for low performing restaurants
o Manage area plan/budget
o Hold teams accountable to sales and profit goals
o Facilitates change implementation at restaurant level
o Implement fiscal year initiatives
o Evaluate corporate reports to maximize operating results
o Oversee test restaurant operations
o Facilitates and/or participates in a variety of conferences and meetings
o Partners with local charities
o Stays up-to-date with competitive trends

Qualifications:
o Degree and/or 10 years of business operations experience
o Strong financial acumenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
