Summary
This role will be responsible for project managing the business, strategic planning and execution of various programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive integration and optimization of all component & dependent projects, processes & applications within the program/initiative.
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. Facilitate effective collaboration of project contributors to deliver timely program delivery.
Interface with key stakeholders. Managing relationships with existing customer base to ensure a high quality of service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission, budget and the goals of the organization.
Integrate and manage the program timeline by identifying all component project & external interdependencies.
Interact with all levels of the organization and the work stream leads:
program owners, and managers, transition managers, communications specialists, outside consultants, vendors and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with all project leadership to identify risks that are not visible at the project level but affect the overall program. Proactively identify and analyze patterns and gaps for work effort required to Go To Green
Mentor and coach project team on project management tools and techniques
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading complex and multi-zone implementation programs
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
PMP certified
Proficient with MS Project, Visio and MS Office suite of tools
Highly self-sufficient and able to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leads by example and promotes teamwork to achieve the organization/program mission; Understands and strives to exceed owner/user expectations
Solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with peers and senior leadership
Managed direct reports preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
