Position
Responsibilities: Frequency
Machine Installation and Customer Training As Needed
Arrange visit, materials, and parts for customer service calls As Needed
Provide Preventative Maintenance Service at Customer Location As Needed
Service Machines at Customer Location As Needed
Troubleshoot Service Problems As Needed
Spindle Rebuilds and Machine Scraping As Needed
Installation of Heidenhain Scales As Needed
Installation of Speed Inverters As Needed
Complete Machine Work Order for All New and Used Machines As Needed
Assist in the rebuilding of machines including troubleshooting As Needed
mechanical/electrical problems, disassemble/reassemble machine,
clean, and refinish exterior
Assemble Coolant Systems to meet customer order requirements As Needed
Complete purchase requisition for shop materials needed As Needed
Maintain clean and safe working environment Daily
Provide Project status updates on all projects to supervisors Daily
Test and prepare failure reports for DX-4B Controllers As Needed
Comply with all Titan Machinery Rules and Policies both written As Needed
and verbal
Special Projects as Assigned As Needed
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
