Of Counsel Attorney

This Attorney will conduct consultations, sign clients, and provide legal oversight of a back office support legal team with regards to the attorneys specific experience and knowledge of state and local laws and requirements. Legal representation of clients as required.
Tasks
o Provides expert legal oversight, guidance and counsel regarding applicable areas of law for cases that the attorney accepts.
o Conducts consultations, examines and analyzes filings, makes recommendations.
o Determines whether filings, comply with state laws, regulations, or standards by performing research and interpreting laws and applying individual judgment.
o Maintains communication with administrative office team and client when necessary.
o Represent assigned clients as needed.
Required
o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
o PC skills, able to use data management system and effectively email.
o Able to assess a situation, focus on the issues and create solutions.
o Positive and aggressive attitude.
o Travel as needed.
Experience
o Juris Doctor degree, licensed to practice law in GA and in good standing.
o At least two years of experience in civil litigation, criminal law, DUI, family law or personal injury.
o Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, etc.
o Legal drafting.
o Court room experience is desired.
This relationship can supplement your current caseload, and will be paid by a fee schedule based on work performed. Please submit your resume for consideration.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
