Estimating Clerk for Retail Construction Company
Estimating Clerk needed for a busy nationwide retail construction company.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
-Assist Estimating Department in the solicitation of subcontractor bids using various online tools
-Distribution of plans to qualified bidders, data entry of subcontractor proposals
-Upload plans and project details into various websites and databases while maintaining deadlines
-Research, develop and follow up with subcontractors to maintain databases
-Additional administrative functions as needed
Successful candidate will possess:
-Must be a self starter and understand deadlines.
-Must know basic construction terminology
-Strong and assertive telephone communication skills required
-Excellent organizational skills
-Basic computer skills; Internet and MS Office proficiency
