Lead Database Developer-Oracle
Job Description:
o Lead a small team of database developers by offering guidance on daily tasks o Serve as the primary technical resource for custom data related projects o Interact with clients to determine and document requirements o Design, develop, implement and maintain database stored procedures and packages in support of application development, client migration projects, custom reporting and application support o Analyze and tune the performance of database queries EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of related experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the following:
o Oracle 11gR2 & 12c PL/SQL database development o Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions o Versioning with SVN o Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012 T-SQL database development o Microsoft T-SQL stored procedures and functions o SQL Server T-SQL to Oracle PL/SQL migration o Oracle PL/SQL performance and tuning o Java and/or Perl programming o Versioning with Subversion SVN PREFFERED SKILLS:
o Database data modeling a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
