JOB TITLE: Senior Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Project Management
PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position requires a high level of client service and communication along with the ability to collaborate with an internal team of designers and engineers. Delivering projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectations is essential.
JOB
Responsibilities:
o Proactively and assuredly service clients.
o Oversee the creation of high quality drawing deliverables (schematic design through construction documents) by coordinating with the internal team.
o Strategically collaborate with other sub-consultants on projects to ensure a well-coordinated deliverables.
o Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and budgets.
o Process submittals.
o Generate field reports.
o Understand waterpark and aquatic design terminology, data and operational requirements.
o Be acquainted with waterpark and aquatic industry trends, suppliers and equipment.
o Receive / review / respond to: reports, schedules, research materials, expense reports, etc.
o Proficiently use various software programs:
MS Office
Liquid Planner or similar planning software
o Use of additional software is preferred:
AutoCAD
Revit
Adobe Creative Suite
o Other related work as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree in engineering, construction technology, architecture or related field with a minimum five to seven years of experience in construction management, project management or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
o Professional demeanor.
o Strong people and negotiation skills to adeptly manage challenging and demanding situations.
o Confidence to exercise independent judgment.
o Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
o Capacity to maintain a variety of technical languages and terminology.
o Excellent written and verbal skills.
o Aptitude to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Ability / desire to travel domestically and internationally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
