RNAC, Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator
Harrison Senior Living, is a 139 bed Skilled Nursing Center located in picturesque Christiana, PA with views of pastures and horses surrounding the privately owned home.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, team oriented RNAC knowledgeable & experienced in RAI processes, scheduling and managing MDS 3.0 Assessments for both MC & MA, insurances, managing case mix, assisting with care plan development and constructive interaction with other departments, especially Rehabilitation.
If you are a Registered Nurse experienced in long term care with qualified background in MDS coordination, we want to speak with you!
