Manager Trainee
We are looking for a Manager Trainee for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Central Florida. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest independent supplier of lumber, truss, doors and windows. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers.
Reports To:
o Customer Service Manager
Compensation:
o Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
o High quality of customer service
o Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of data entry
o Aiding in item file management
o Manage reconciliation within department between customer's PO and sales order
o Work with outside sales staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order entry
o Assisting in scheduling of production and delivery
o Assisting with all other related duties
Job Requirements:
o BA/BS preferred
o Strong aptitude of Microsoft Office Programs - particularly Microsoft Excel
o Passion for closure and strong work ethic
o Ability to take on assignments and finish them effectively and on time
o Effective communications, both verbal and written
