Home Improvement: Window Sales - ME
Our client, a leading retailer servicing the needs of a high-end client base in Southern Maine, is interested in hiring a Home Improvement Sales Professional. The individual will currently live in the southern Maine and be responsible for developing sales for this company. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of windows, as well as a track record of success.
-Meet with customers, in their homes, to better understand their window needs
-Consultations will involve product demonstrations, project estimating, closing the sale, following the installation throughout the process and collecting the payment when complete
-Schedule availability in order to plan homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
-Confirm quotes and orders are precise and follow the clients company procedures
-Complete required paperwork to ensure all necessary information is up to date and handed to the Project Manager
-Maintain a focus on exceeding customer expectations
-You will be responsible for the rise in sales and to enhance profitability
-Generate fulfilled clients who become repeat customers
-To follow up with all customers to make sure the entire project meets their expectations
Required Qualifications
-Minimum of a Bachelors or Technical Degree is preferred
-Minimum of 2 years in-home sales experience, time and work process management and the ability to work independently
-Computer knowledge is a MUST - The ability to use electronic software's during projects
-Knowledge and experience working with windows and doors and/or building materials
-Must possess strong written and verbal communication as well as self-motivation skills
-Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
