SCOPE:
The Recruitment Coordinator administers the recruitment process organization-wide to ensure satisfaction of Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.'s recruitment needs. Facilitates and provides oversight of the relationship between vendor and Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. managers and candidates to satisfy recruitment obligations nationwide.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
o Ability to monitor a process and communicate discrepancies to individuals and groups.
o Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people.
o Clean criminal background check
o Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check
JOB
Responsibilities:
o Develop or modify outreach strategies designed to recruit targeted staff,
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively implement outreach strategies designed to encourage and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
o Monitor and evaluate the impact of the recruitment efforts and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary
o Maintaining databases in order to provide accurate and timely program information
