Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to our Billers and their customers
Respond to incoming help desk tickets, customer service calls and emails related to online biller and payer processes
Diagnose, research and resolve technical questions using available information resources
Research and resolve online payment questions
Conduct new client training via phone and virtual meeting service
Other duties as assigned as needed

Experience
3 - 5
years Software Support/Customer Service Experience
Merchant services (credit cards) experience preferred
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and problem solving abilities
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented with an sense of urgency
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Salary Range:
$35,000 - $45,000 based on experience





Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
