Requirements:
o Technical competency. You need to be able to fix thingsIf you hold a pluming license in some of the municipalities we serve, we think that is great too!
o You need amazing communication skills.
o Be customer service oriented - fixing a customer is usually harder than fixing the plumbing.
o Be able to learn and follow a proven sales process - we've got the recipe for a successful service experience.
o Self-Motivated - this is really important because we'll give you the opportunities and tools you need and all the support you need to succeed
