Career Minded Manufacturing Personel
Currently seeking career minded goal oriented individuals for manufacturing position open in the Mascot, TN area. GEM Care is looking for individuals who have a background in the manufacturing industry for staffing with a company that has been successfully running for over 100 years.
The company we are looking for individuals for has been making and refurbishing rail bearings for locomotives for over 100 years. This is a successful company with a track record of producing only the best parts for their customers. Positions we are hiring for are found below as well as the requirements that must be met in order to be a successful candidate for this job.
Positions Currently Open:
Grease Machine and End of Line production
Inspectors
Line Loaders
Assemblers
Buffers
Material Handlers
Shift Times and Pay Rates:
1st Shift: 5am - 3pm : Pay rate $9.00 an hour
2nd Shift: 2pm - 12:00 am: Pay rate $9.25 an hour
Basic Job Requirements:
The three main factors in becoming successfully hired with this company is ATTITUDE, ATTENDANCE, and PRODUCTION
On top of those three factors you must be able to lift 50
pounds repetitively throughout an 8-12 hour shift
You must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and stand for 8-12 hours a day
Some positions require strength and ability to use wrist and arm muscles for 8-12 hours a day
Steel Toe boots are required to work at the facility
You must have a clean background with no felonies or misdemeanors
High school diploma or GED required to become hired on after 90 day contract ends
Manufacturing / Assembly experience is a plus
The most important factors for this position is if you possess a positive attitude, you have great track record for attendance, and you strive to hit production numbers we are looking for you! You are the determining factor on being hired on after 90 days!
