Seeking Talented Teachers and Administrators for Training Positions

Our firm is seeking a highly capable teacher or administrator with great presentation skills.
You have the choice to remain in your current position and train for us on "off days," or train for us on a more robust basis.
We seek "top gun" K-12 educators and administrators and education consultants to join our elite team of regional and national presenters. You will train other teachers to use our evidence-based and highly successful Classroom Management OR Differentiated Instruction program strategies - we are seeking trainers for both of these highly coveted programs! We are the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. We train nationwide in PK - 12 grade schools (public, private, and charter schools), as well as in many universities, and we are known for powerful outcomes following our trainings. We also train outside of the United States.
Applicants who meet our requirements will be invited to attend our next 4-day Train-The-Trainer session.
Orlando, Florida - July 20th-23rd, 2015 (this summer).
Compensation can be far better than that earned by corporate trainers and never less than $1,000.00 per day. We need help presenting and need trainers for BOTH of our classroom management AND differentiated instruction staff development programs which we present schools everywhere.
Do not worry if you have not yet established a proven track record. We will provide you with the content that will make you shine. Our training (hopefully, your training) helps make ordinary teachers extraordinary. Our presentation (hopefully, your presentation) is proven to help teachers, students, and schools succeed together on a level they never thought possible. We have the data and we are eager to share it with you. Click on the link immediately below to view school success data from Dr. Johnny Alvarado, a principal. These are the kind of results we are known for (and hopefully you if you join our team)!

We seek exemplary teachers and administrators who serve children, parents, and teachers honorably and with great commitment. Like you, we are also a highly regarded. Our strong corporation enjoys a sterling reputation with teachers, schools, and districts all around the United States and in other countries.
o Our educational roots run deep. Components of our program were initially developed with the help and guidance of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden, both from UCLA. Yes, that's right, Coach John Wooden!
o Integrity means much to us.
Our innovative training is also offered at prestigious universities across the United States.
We are calling for accomplished teachers and administrators to help us meet an ever-growing training demand. We seek you because we need the very best to help us train in schools and districts and at education conferences everywhere. We are hoping you are that teacher or administrator.
You don't know if you qualify? Here is how to tell:
Do you possess our "three P's?"
o Personality. Do you have the personality to deliver content in a way that will engage, entertain, move, and inspire your audience? We will give you the content that will make you shine, but can you DELIVER the message?
o Professionalism. Were you the teacher, or are you now the administrator, that others admire? Are you the professional other educators come to for advice because you care and you are good!
o Passion. The most important "P." Even more than a yearning to earn a big paycheck, do you have an overriding passion to improve education and help teachers and children succeed like never before?
If you answered no to any of the three questions above, we are not the right company for you. If your passion is just a big paycheck we will not work well together. If, however, your passion is to help improve teaching and learning BUT you don't mind receiving handsome pay for doing just that, then we want to talk with you immediately!
Your first step will be to evaluate us, and to do this you will access our website to learn about our heritage, history, and our beliefs as well as view some of our school success data.

We all know when we want to teach something well, we have to teach and reteach that concept, right? We don't just discuss the strategy once, post it on the wall and leave it at that. Then, why do we do it when teaching behaviors? For some of our students, school is the only place they get to learn respectful behavior.
This learning will help them throughout their lives, so do it really well.
We need to teach students how we expect them to behave in our classroom, systematically and explicitly. It could be raising their hand, listening, or sharpening their pencil. Here are three simple tips for teaching to expectations.
1. Ask students what behaviors they believe a productive classroom should enjoy.
2. Model the right way, the wrong way and the 'almost but not quite' way.
3. Review this expected behavior quickly and often, asking students to demonstrate.
Behavior is like any other skill, it needs to be reinforced. Multi-sensory strategies address all learning styles so talk, write, act out, draw, or sing, until they have it in the bag. Then when someone is out of line, you know they know what they SHOULD be doing.
Good luck this week!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
