Community Liaison
Cedar Park Home Health Agency has an immediate opening for a high energy professional Community Liaison. The Community Liaison will serve as the community outreach liaison, generating referrals for home care by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. Candidate must have established contacts in the Austin/Cedar Park area.
Required
Qualifications:
- Home Health care or Hospice experience and an established referral base
- Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional integrity.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas Driver's License and auto liability insurance.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
Pay: Competitive Pay Based On Experience.
Benefits: Excellent Benefits after 90 days of employment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
