Maintenance Assistant
Perform unskilled maintenance and installation tasks in an assistant range of ability in a variety of craft skills to include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, pool/lawn care, and HVAC. Must be able to perform basic tasks in other skill areas with supervision or training. Must be able to work on weekends and after hours as deemed necessary by the manager to support the needs of the Apartment Complex
Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:
1. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic maintenance experience preferred.
Should be HVAC Certified
This is a contract to possible hire
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
