Manufacturing Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer
Our client in the Uniontown area is looking to hire the right candidates to fill their Long-Term Full-Time CMM programming position. If you are experienced with CMM programming please reply with your resume so we can get you set up for an interview ASAP!
Compensation: $16.00-20.00 depending on experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Perform dimensional inspection of raw and machined castings through use of CMM and/or plate layout techniques.
- Operate CMM.
- Provide directives to CNC machinists in order to maintain dimensional control of machined product.
- Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours.
Education and/or
Experience:
- One year of CMM programming or operation, or one year minimum experience in a dimensional and/or drafting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
- Ability to use dial/digital micrometers, height gages, calipers, sine plate, optical comparator and other related tools used for dimensional inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints with geometric referencing (GD&T).
- Helpful, but not required: PC-DMIS software experience, 3D-CAD modeling experience, CNC machining experience.

- Must have valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- NO Misdemeanors in the past year and NO Felonies in the last 7 years (National Background check will be conducted)
