Industrial Job Site Supervisor

TempForce Smart Staffing is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to oversee all Temporary Employee Operations for a Large Manufacturing Plant in Talladega, Alabama.
Candidates must have excellent People Skills, and proven ability to lead a team. We need professionals who can fill both industrial and administrative roles. The ideal candidate can manage and motivate a large team of Entry- and Mid-Level Industrial Employees, as well as provide accurate, efficient recordkeeping and communicate closely with Manufacturing Operations leaders.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Supervise and Oversee Team of 50-100 Employees
Perform Periodic Evaluations of Employees via Interview and Inspection
Record and Formally Respond to Employee Issues, including Attendance, Performance and Company Policy Violations
Excel, Outlook and MS Word Skills Required
Job Requirements Include:
Strong Administrative Abilities
Familiar with Industrial Work. Any Experience in a Manufacturing/Assembly or Shop Environment
Supervisor Experience Preferred
Previous Training Experience Helpful
Knowledge of OSHA Reporting/Recordkeeping Preferred
Permanent Position
Full Time: Mon. - Fri.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
