- Entering service orders in GUI
-BOM/Parts list research or units in for repair
-Pricing/sourcing of repair parts and materials-Placing orders for parts/materials
-Coordinating deliveries and repair schedules with techs, customers, shipping & receiving department,
account managers, and vendors
-Filing/keeping detailed records of repair jobs
