ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER
Excellent opportunity to work as an estimator/project manager for an established prestigious stucco and drywall specialty subcontractor.
Experience with drywall, plaster, stucco, metal and structural still stuck framing, acoustical ceilings and insulation on condominiums, commercial developments,custom residences and remodeling, restaurants assisted-living and healthcare facilities retail and industrial construction and hotels and resorts.
As a result of continued growth we are currently looking for an experienced estimator/project manager that has seven years progressive successful estimator and project manager experience in the drywall and stucco industry. Must have solid working knowledge of onscreen takeoff and quick bid estimating software.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
