Manufacturing Engineer

Hi-Vac Corporation in Marietta Ohio is seeking skilled candidates to fill the position of Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls. Coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products.
Skill, Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, design, sets-up, modify, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes.
Improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency.
Respond to manufacturing issues and concerns to ensure products are produced to specifications and according to manufacturing schedules while also ensuring efficient use of resources.
Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Determine the processes, identify the materials and supplies to be used and design/build the appropriate fixtures necessary for efficient and cost effective manufacturing.
Research tools, methodologies and processes to find solutions in improving production efficiency.
Calculate estimates using the production cost, time involved, existing production resources, and human resources.
Research and create new methods of manufacturing processes and presents to management to achieve maximum production capacity and efficiency.
Assist in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality and training.
Provide continuous improvement of product quality.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the current and developing manufacturing trends and influences through ongoing research and analysis.
Education and/or Experience, Certifications, License and/or Registrations
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in engineering or related field; and/or
Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HVAC experience desired.
Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
