Intake Manager - Temp-to-Hire
Location: Wilkesboro, NC
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Assistant Managers and Teams to ensure all referral are accepted within 24 hours for 7 states o Monitor reports to ensure automation is functioning and do investigations to find root cause when automation fails o Monitor daily workloads/reports to move files timely to the state offices o Ensure daily reports are ran and review to ensure data is being entered correctly o Daily/weekly review of Paychex o Monitor time, quality and productivity of employees and their processes
Requirements:
o Proficient in CaseWare
o Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
o Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
o Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
o Excellent attention to detail
o Ability to work independently and achieve daily goals
o Strong work ethic and dedication to owning and resolving problems
