This industry leading, diverse, & award-winning fine-dining restaurant company, with spectacular locations from coast-to-coast, is seeking a Bar Manager with a background in high-volume upscale/fine-dining.
In depth expertise with service steps, guest interaction, up-selling, cost controls, operations, leadership and driving sales are sought.
Candidates must possess a deep passion and commitment to delivering exceptional service, followed by a dedication to creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind experiences.
We're looking for a great Bar Manager with high-volume RESTAURANT experience.
Ideal candidate has worked in a $6M plus revenue generating high-energy and polished-upscale concept.
Corporate experience is highly preferred.
The candidate should be an up and coming go-getter who wants the next step and can be an AGM soon.
The type that wants more responsibility, but also jumps on any opportunity to help out and get a situation in control and up to par.
Base salary plus excellent benefits.
