Energy Sales Associate/ Commission and Residuals / 2000 weekly
DRS/ Kindred Energy is seeking Sales Reps to join our team in Nacogdoches. Our agents represent the largest and most reputable electricity supplier in United States. At Kindred, our associates have the flexibility to create their own goals and develop their own unique marketing plan. In addition to the entrepreneurial spirit, associates designate their own work hours. This is great for part time/ full time reps, college students or partial retirees. Our objective is to give our associates the training and guidance they desire, but also the flexibility to manage themselves. Opportunities:
o Opportunity to earn an executive team leader position

o The ability to have no cap on your income/ avg comp between $500 and $2,000 weekly

Compensation
o For every residential customer our associates sign up $100 is paid upfront and $100 residual is paid every year they remain a client. This is the highest compensation on the market.
o For every commercial customer our associates sign up an average $1,100 is paid annually to our associates
o The ability to build your career and income on residuals from previous sales
o The ability to work with a team who cares about their colleagues
Description:
o Building relationships through referrals, phone sales, networking and business to business, Door to Door
o Leads can be provided
o Selling the lowest cost, best electricity to customers in Texas
Hours:
o Full time/ Part Time shifts available
o Flexibility to determine weekly work hours and schedule
Requirements:
o Must be 17
o Motivated and Driven individuals
o Sales Experience preferred but not required
o Reliable transportation to work daily
o Pass a background review
