General
Responsibilities:
The Talent Management Specialist will have the primary responsibility of providing leadership and direction related to all Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Competency Career Planning and Succession. This position will also be involved with Compensation to include job analysis and structures. The TMS will report to the Director of Corporate Human Resources and work closely with other HR partners, departments and vendors.

Examples of Typical Activities:
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for staff aimed at building greater bench strength to meet Evenflo's strategic growth needs and to achieve selection of the most qualified and diverse talent.
Build a strong global cadre of professionals who are distinguished by their experience, academic achievement and competency.
Leverage ATS full capabilities in recruitment and manager self-service.
Adopt and implement Best in Class recruitment tools, processes and solutions that enable effective and efficient recruitment and on boarding of talented people. Core improvements need to eliminate administrative bottlenecks, minimize cycle time, and automate or minimize transactional work, thereby achieving service delivery excellence and focusing talent acquisition on proactively fulfilling Evenflo's workforce plan.
Enhances performance management approaches across Evenflo, providing a standardized approach and ensuring effective use of the goal setting and appraisal tool.
Partners with business operations within areas of responsibility to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
Develop a Learning & Development strategy providing centralization of training initiatives throughout the organization in alignment with overall direction of Evenflo.
In circumstances of business integration, will play a key role in preparing Talent analytics and programs to be addressed and adopted, specific to the requirements of each unique situation
Performing job analysis and job evaluation to develop job profiles; assists in determining appropriate pay category for new and revised jobs based on analysis of internal pay data and market compensation survey data.
Involved in researching, analyzing and maintaining compensation information systems in support of human resource administration and projects; assists in auditing system to ensure integrity of compensation related data; serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems.
rovide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employee development, performance management and succession planning.
Meets with management to discuss possible action steps to resolve associate relations issues. Follows up with associates to determine reactions to specific actions taken; prepares documentation and analysis of associates comments and actions taken.
Confers with and/or advises management regarding interpretation of policies and/or processes; provides guidance to management to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
May assist in compensation program design and development teams/projects.
Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of HR operations, as requested.
Review accuracy and audits to ensure integrity of HR data.
Manage all relative HR procedures and policies.
Develop and implement relative project plans for the HR Team.
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.


Required Experience
BS Degree required, preferred in Business Management or Human Resources required;
minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience specially with Recruiting and Talent Management;
knowledge of AA/OFCCP guidelines
PHR/SPHR preferred but not required

Required Technical Competencies
HR system applications, specifically Taleo Enterprise and integrations considered a plus.
Advanced in project management/planning & Microsoft Projects
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), required
Software/Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point.
Must have proven analytical skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Functional knowledge of HRIS workflows
Ability to develop and implement procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
