As part of our management team, you will be placed on track for a long term career path. We are a growing and young organization, and you will have an opportunity to be placed on an executive level track early-on in American Care Partners. Your training will begin in our headquarters learning daily business operations and gaining hands-on experience. You will be exposed to every aspect of home care patient-care delivery.
Once you have completed the training program and are comfortable with office operations, you will be promoted (usually 6 months) to 'Client Services Director' and set on a number of career paths for either Executive Director, Business Development, Financial Management.

In the Leadership Development Program responsibilities include:
Manage Client Accounts
Assigned a group of patients to oversee all customer service activities
Identify and communicate areas of risk and potential improvement opportunities
Present and staff qualified caregivers to clients
Recruit potential healthcare professionals
Recruit healthcare professionals through sources such as job boards, referrals, schools, and mail campaigns. Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements
Identify areas of improvement for recruitment methods
Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening healthcare professionals
Present qualified candidates to clients
Assist in the Sales Process
Consult with Business Development Manager for new market share opportunities
Identify and resolve client customer service issues
New account pricing and intake
Learn and manage business operations
Manage healthcare professionals
Perform operational tasks
Assist with payroll and billing
Drive company growth by achieving Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:
BA/BS
Self-Starter

Desire to pursue a career in healthcare sales, leadership or operations
Ability to relocate preferred
A 'Whatever It Takes' attitude Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
