Must Have:
o Must have global marketing and communications experience, interfacing and interacting with companies/individuals internationally.
o Must have both Traditional and Digital marketing and communications experience. Traditional (Direct Mail / Trade Show), and Digital (Website / Lead nurturing / Marketing automation.)
o Candidates must be able to articulate own the things they have accomplished, and how they impacted the business. What was end result, or value that was delivered from it. Not what you did, but why you did it.
o Candidates must have experience working collaboratively, able to negotiate and work closely with others in a team environment.
Desired:
o Desired experience working in an organization with a Matrix Organizational structure.
o Desire candidates with experience working in a large corporation.
o Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

I. Position
Summary:
In close collaboration with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Product Line Management, and Marketing Development teams, s/he will plan, develop, and coordinate all Carrier marketing communications programs globally to promote the sale of products, and further the company's sales objectives.
The person in this position will work closely with his/her marketing and communications COE colleagues regional managers, product/solution managers, creative services professionals and corporate communications professionals to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage tradeshow activities, digital marketing, direct marketing and content marketing.

II. Position Responsibilities & Duties:
o Work in close collaboration with stakeholders from different departments to develop a plan for Carrier marketing communications that align with the strategic goals of the business.
o Serve as main point of contact for sales, marketing, product management and development stakeholders within the Carrier business.
o Work closely with other marketing and communications COE managers and team members to customize and right-size the plan for key regions and solutions.
o Understand all aspects of the marketing mix traditional and digital and deploy them appropriately against strategic goals.
o Analyze and optimize marketing and communications programs and campaigns.
o Align processes and develop similar approaches to marketing communications with the Global Marketing Communications Manager for the Enterprise business.
o Recommend modifications to operational procedures to increase the efficiency of the marketing and communications team and/or deliver superior marketing and communications work.
o Exercise significant influence on and oversight of the marketing budget used for marketing and communications campaigns and activities.
o Track and optimize return on marketing and communications spend.
o Ensure that marketing and communications projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
o Travel up to Up to 20% of time.

III. Position Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
o Minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B marketing or communications role.
o Experience working in a global organization.
o Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
o Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Ability to manage through impact and influence rather than through direct reporting relationships.
o Ability to balance both a creative and analytical approach to marketing and communications.

Experience:
o Master's degree preferred.
o Telecom industry experience preferred.
o Experience working in a matrix organization structure preferred.
o Experience with content marketing and solutions selling preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
