Hospital practice east of Columbus is seeking an experienced Perfusionist
Position Highlights:
Approximately 200 cases a year, including CABG, Valves, Aortic surgery, etc.
Responsibilities include all cardiac surgery perfusion duties such as cell saver, IABP, ISTAT, HMS, and very occasional VAD placement.
There are some cell saving duties for the general OR, as well.
Opening a new, state of the art OR in the summer of 2015.
2 full-time and 1 part-time Perfusionist in the department
Hospital is an accredited Chest Pain Center and the 1st hospital in Ohio to receive full Heart Failure accreditation
Sign-on bonus negotiable
Relocation assistance offered
Ideal candidate:
Bachelors Degree in Circulation Technology is required
Board Certified
Two years of perfusion experience required
Must live within 30 minute response time of call
