Our Client Company is a world-renowned, highly profitable rubber plant serving a broad range of engine markets with cost competitive, environmental-friendly solutions. The annual salary is 65k-75k dollars, with a 15% bonus potential. Relocation assistance is available.
The Facilities Engineer plans/coordinates activities and manages special projects for the entire plant. This individual assists all departments in areas of improved process flow with current equipment. Additionally, he or she oversees a preventive maintenance program, evaluates plant energy usage, researches new equipment, and procures new suppliers while assisting with current ones. Importantly, the Facilities Engineer is a vital part of planning for future plant expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Five-plus years of experience (preferred), or combination of training, plus experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Prior experience with rubber extrusion (strongly preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
