Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Springfield, TN

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR The PIC Group's Customer (a large Tier 1 Automotive Supplier located in Springfield, TN) is seeking a full-time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to start immediately.
This is a direct hire position, 2 nd shift.
Salary ranges from $55,000-$60,000/ year
benefits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Requirements:
o High School diploma or equivalent.
Desired Work
Experience:
o Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience; o Production Team Leader experience desired; o Tier one automotive experience.
Desired Skills:
o Knowledge of stamping presses and robotic weld assembly; o Knowledge of TS16949, ISO14001, OSHA and TOSHA General Industry Standards; o Problem solving and analytical skills; o Computer proficiency; o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
o Follows all safety and environmental policies and procedures; o Supervises production associates; o Plans and assigns work to safely meet quality, production and delivery goals; o Maintains records and logs; o Implements and administers policies and procedures; o Recommends improvements in production methods, equipment and operating procedures; o Establishes clear expectations and holds employees accountable; o Communicates with employees, keeping them informed of issues and progress; o Promotes and maintains a positive team environment; o Participates and leads continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities; o Develops and trains employees; o Performs all other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
