BUSINESS FINANCIAL LENDING ASSOCIATE
Make $1000.00-$2,500.00 weekly by providing small to medium sized business with loans!!
We are seeking EXPERIENCED Sales Associates with proven ability to interact with business owners and CLOSE THE SALE.
The successful candidate will perform functions including, but not limited to:
Self prospecting leads and managing lead to close
Interfacing with small business owners to assess their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions
Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing
Demonstrate an ability to simultaneously 'close the deal' while satisfying customer expectations
Meet crucial deadlines
Work closely with credit underwriters in the underwriting process
Communicating and following up with clients
Meeting or exceeding team productivity goals
The successful candidate should have:
Track record in a sales environment with strong relationships building skills
At least 18 months of sales experience in banking, financial sales, equipment leasing, factoring, merchant cash advance or mortgage sales experience
Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and determining viable solutions for customers
Should be familiar with credit scores/reports, DTI, LTV, tax returns, and financial statements etc.
Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business ownersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
