Electrical Maintenance Technician
Nexeo is currently seeking a maintenance mechanic with an electrical emphasis.Need to have strong automation skills! Mechanic will work 12 hour rotating shifts, one week will work 6am-6pm and then the next week will work 6pm-6am. Pay is $18-25 an hour BOE.
Electrical Mechanic
Responsibilities:
o Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
o Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
o Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
o Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
