We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Treasury Operations to join our team in Westlake, TX.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Treasury operations associates and support Treasury operations and relationships with internal and external partners
Work closely with banks and internal partners to coordinate service requests, manage bank related implementations, open and close bank accounts, set up accounts in CoreLogic systems including Kyriba and Oracle, resolve issues, perform reconciliation processes, and maintain bank accounts as required
Coordinate and monitor Treasury requests to ensure tasks are completed and resolved timely
Review and release wires for all accounts, monitor ACH and positive pay activity, and monitor bank account activity
Oversee and train offshore resources as required
Create and review department policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy of payments, as well as efficiency in operations
Daily cash reporting and ad hoc reporting as necessary
Participate in projects and manage tasks assigned as required
Manage the escheatment process and reconciliation of the escheatment general ledger
Conduct annual performance reviews, ongoing performance management, developmental planning and goal setting for direct reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
BA/BS in Finance or related area
Minimum 7 years of experience working in a Treasury role
Knowledge of payment processing and experience managing a high volume of wire transfers
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Visio and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of bank platforms
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work longer hours and meet tight deadlines as needs may require
Eager to learn and develop professionally while taking ownership of responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment that may include dynamic shifts in priorities with pending projects
Demonstrate ability to resolve issues exercising sound judgment, initiative, and strong critical thinking skills
Demonstrate ability to effectively deal with people in various job capacities
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), and/or Kyriba a plus
CTP a plus
