ADP Payroll Specilist

Immediate opening for a experienced Payroll Specialist with ADP experience.
Job
Summary: Timely and accurately maintain the payroll system and special projects as assigned.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Processing weekly payroll, Review, process and verify time sheets working closely with. Logistics Managers, HR and Accounting to ensure accuracy, proper protocols and process are in place.
Prepare all payroll from inception to distribution and Reconcile payroll from Registers to General Ledger.
Process manual and garnishment checks and reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts, Reconcile deductions (all employees) as needed.
Create and prepare reports for payroll, 401k and monthly invoices.
Prepare various monthly reports for the managers, HR and Sr. Leadership.
Reconcile vacation and sick accruals and pay, Process 401(k) / Process all employees changes (pay, deductionsetc)
Filing and other duties assigned.
Experience and Educational Background Description:
High School Degree required and a minimum five years' experience in payroll.
Strong Excel spreadsheet Knowledge of ADP and/or Sage accounting software and experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
Essential Functions
Communicate in a clear, friendly, professional and proactive manner with office personnel
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining both perspective and professional demeanor
Flexible and able to adapt to differing tasks, ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-entity environment and Strong understanding of Payroll cycle
Strong reconciliations experience, ability to work independently, proficient with Excel, Word, accounting software, and email. Ability to produce accurate quality correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports
Research and analysis skills for financial and operating data, including planning and implementation of selected solutions
