Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center at Northborough seeks
Part Time RN's or LPN's to join our growing healthcare team.

Responsibilities
o Create initial client assessment and care plan in accordance with established policies and procedures; coordinate the development and on-going review of client care plans
o Supervise other health care staff members; assist with new personnel orientation
o Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients
o Maintain clean and safe environment, ensuring the highest quality of care at all times
o Medication, treatment administration along with coordination of care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the care team.
Requirements
o Current registration/license in Massachusetts; meets state CEU requirements
o Current CPR Certification
o Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations
o Excellent communication skills; Friendly and professional demeanor
