Vietnamese Bilingual Patient Registration Representative
MD24 House Call is a unique and innovative multi-specialty house call practice. An industry-leading network of house call doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our elderly patients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for a Vietnamese speaking individual for our Registration Department.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer telephone and provide information regarding medical procedures
Obtain patients' information and record it in the database
Manage filing and record keeping activities
Update patients' insurance information
Ensure completeness and accuracy of patients insurance forms prior to submitting
Take and record patients demographic location information
Initiate and maintain correspondence with patients and families
Coordinate with insurance companies
Verify clients' insurance information
Ability to perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities.
Interviews incoming patients or representatives and enters information required for admission into
computer database.
Maintain and update physician and patient data
Manage the front desk operations
Complete insurance and other claim forms
Organize and maintain confidential medical files and records
Obtain and log insurance informationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
