POSITION OVERVIEW
Prepares patients for dental visits with required paperwork. Responsible for following all (CHSI) policy and procedures, objectives, and philosophy. Effectively process all incoming phone calls via transfers and messages as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience answering phones and scheduling required.
Experience and/or training as a Medical Assistant or Dental Assistant.
Front office experience in a medical or dental setting preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
