Pay:
Up to $25/hr

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general supervision, performs routine duties to established procedures requiring some judgment to make minor decisions where errors are readily detectable. Transports materials to and from operations as required. Loading and unloading parts/blanks. Performing machine offsets. Replacing worn or broken tooling as required. Operation of CNC lathes in manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes. Operation of conventional Engine lathes. Operation of inspection equipment. Inspection of parts both in process and post process. Gathering and entering SPC data per Customer requirements. Production of quality products to Customer specifications. Maintain count and traceability of parts including tagging rejected parts. Maintaining water levels in chip drums and replacing chip drums. Performing rework of parts when necessary. Performing routine minor preventative maintenance (oil levels, grease, filter changes, etc.). Completing all required paperwork. Maintaining a clean and neat work space. Communicating daily process, machine, product status or other relevant manufacturing information to employee(s) and/or supervisor(s) who report to work on the next shift. Reporting abnormalities related to production, maintenance, safety or quality to supervisor. Performing duties in other areas of the facility as needed to support production requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma with at least two (2) years of hands-on experience with CNC Machining techniques. At least two (2) years of Industrial/Manufacturing production environment experience. Ability to operate CNC lathes and various other shop equipment. Load/unload parts in compliance with work instructions. Machine product within specification tolerances. Read blueprints and drawings. Use standard inspection gaging equipment. Perform tasks within established safety, quality, schedule and cost parameters as directed by management. Interface effectively with support groups such as Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering. Ability to operate forklift, hoist and automated handling systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent curriculum strongly preferred.
WORK PREFERENCE
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
Must be able to work OT and Weekends
Must be able to work 4/10 or 9/80
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
