Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Manager


Job Description: The MLS Manager is responsible for oversight of the following departments Technical/Customer Service, Training, and MLS Membership, Policies and Procedures, Rules and Regulations, Violations, and Compliance. Operation, supervision and evaluation of staff, and liaison with the Partner Service Centers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong Computer and Software Skills
Three years Technical Support experience is a plus
Five plus years Management Experience
Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is a plus
Experience with MS Windows operating systems as well as MS Internet Explorer and MS Office applications.
Project management experience a plus.
Self starter with a high degree of initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Scope of
Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to customer complaints.
Prepare reports, time cards and other administrative tasks as required.
Present a professional image when representing our Company in any capacity.
Display enthusiastic and positive attitude towards helping subscribers identify and solve problems.
Provide courteous and efficient service to Partner Service Centers in order to promote the image of the Multiple Listing Company as a professional, quality service organization.
Supervision and Evaluation of staff
Assist in documenting the processes and procedures used in this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
