Long Term Care Nursing Supervisor
Immediate opening for full time RN supervisor in our 49 bed Long Term Care Unit.
SLMC LTC is a CMS designated 5 star facility.
Experience in LTC setting is preferred along with supervisor experience.
This position requires the ablility to manage staff, including oversight of scheduling and acts as a clinical and operational resource.
Communication, leadership and motivational skills a must.
The LTC Supervisor has the authority to make decision within the department in consultation with the DON.
Salary depends on experience.
