Seeking a Process Engineer - AAPE
Our Client Company is a world-renowned, highly profitable rubber plant serving a broad range of engine markets with cost competitive, environmental-friendly solutions. The annual salary is 60k- 70k dollars, with relocation assistance available.
The Process Engineer champions a variety of manufacturing activities, as well as those of product groups for reinforced rubber hose, conventional formed rubber hose, low perm rubber and plastic hose, molded products, and related secondary operations. This individual investigates and modifies requests for specification changes and engineering assistance, performs engineering and methods studies to improve production efficiency and cost reduction, and assures implementation of methods and process improvements. The Process Engineer also assists QA and Production in resolving customer or internal issues, and Product Engineering by participating in, and representing, Manufacturing in the APQP process and feasibility studies, as well as with the launch of new production specifications and processing samples.
Requirements:
o BS in Chemistry/Engineering or related field, or 5 years' minimum experience
o Experience in Rubber Extrusion (strongly preferred)
