Quality Assurance Manager

Steinhauser, Inc, a manufacturer of premium labels and packaging, has an opening for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the effort in the implementation of the Quality Management system and play an imperative role in the day to day quality operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and organize activities needed for the quality management system.
Monitor and make recommendations for revisions to current quality system.
Make day-to-day decisions related to the implementation of QMS aspects.
Establish, implement and promote a formal Quality Management System and all supporting activities.
Provide appropriate ISO9000 support for the facility.
Report on Quality Measures for all internal processes, and relevant external issues (customers and suppliers) and customer satisfaction.
Initiate, plan and implement quality processes across the entire organization, including Sales, Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Offices, Shipping and Receiving, etc.
Deploy management's quality commitment across all areas of the organization.
Responsible for addressing Quality issues with Customers and Suppliers.
Maintain and ensure effectiveness of internal corrective action programs.
Ensure we have an effective Quality audit program that is effective organization-wide, by working with all managers.
Report on key quality performance measures, including quality defects, customer complaints, and returns.
Coordination of corrective actions taken between customer and the company.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum requirement of two year Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and/or training preferred.
At least two years experience in a Quality Assurance Management role.
Previous experience in the printing/packing industry with a thorough understanding of the print process preferred.
Utilizes strong time management, attention to detail and strong written and oral communication required. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
