Pay: Up to $25/hr

JOB
Responsibilities:
Self directed with little or not supervision, employee performs varied and complex duties, exercising care and judgment making major decisions on process and quality. Consulting supervision on high level decision points which could affect delivery or schedule. Transports material to and from operation. Loading and unloading parts/blanks. Setting up and operating furnaces, presses, swages, engravers, deflashing equipment, grinders, welders, paint booths, and various other shop equipment. Operation of conventional engine lathes. Advanced operation of inspection equipment. Inspection of products both in process, post process and during screening operations. Verifies operation of gaging equipment and escalates issues to appropriate personnel. Gathering, entering and analyzing SPC data per Customer requirements. Troubleshooting processes, recommending modifications and implementing changes in accordance with supervisor direction. Producing quality products to Customer specifications. Working with Engineering, Program Management, Advanced Technology and Research and Development as required by production. Working with Maintenance to assist with repair or upgrade of equipment as required. Maintain count and traceability of parts including tagging rejected parts. Performing rework of parts when necessary. Performing complex preventative maintenance on equipment (oil levels, grease, filter changes, etc.). Completing all required paperwork. Maintaining a clean and neat work space. Communicating daily process, machine, product status, or other relevant information to employee(s) and/or supervisor(s) who report to work on next shift. Reporting abnormalities related to production, maintenance, safety or quality to supervisor. Perform duties and cross train in other areas of the facility as required by production.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma with at least four (4) years of hands-on metal fabrication experience utilizing lathes, presses, furnaces, swages, grinders and/or welders. At least three (3) years of Industrial/Manufacturing production environment experience. Ability to set up and operate various manufacturing equipment including but limited to the following: manual lathes, engine lathes, engravers, presses, mills, furnaces, automated welding equipment, paint booths, swages, and grinders. Collect, analyze, enter and utilize SPC data. Use and read inspection gaging equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, ring gages, comparators. Communicate effectively both written and verbally. Work effectively in a team environment. Troubleshoot processes. Operate fork lift, hoists and automated handling equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Machine Tool or equivalent curriculum strongly desired. Proficient troubleshooting skills. Advanced experience with machine shop equipment including set up and programming ability.
WORK PREFERENCE
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
Must be able to work OT and Weekends
Must be able to work on a 4/10 Schedule
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
