Material Handler
Spherion Staffing has a brand new job opening! We need an experienced Material Handler for our Watertown, WI client!
NOTE: WATERTOWN, WI IS NEAR LAKE MILLS AND JOHNSON CREEK, WI!
The work shift of this position is Monday-Friday, 10AM-6:30PM.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Material Handler will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and shipping orders daily within our warehouse. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all orders and replenishments are completed (picked) accurately
Assist with broken spares returned from field technicians
Bag and label small parts for restocking
Assist with weekly cycle count program
Assist with restocking of returned excess inventory
Receive and restock repaired parts
Dispose of cardboard and scrapped shipping materials / general housekeeping
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with a minimum of 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on an average of 10 times per day
Experience in UPS Worldship and Microsoft Outlook email preferred
Intermediate computer skills
Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
Ability to perform independently or within a team
Problem solving skills
Ability to work some overtime on Saturdays
