Blenders OCC-52744
Nelson has a temp to hire opportunity for someone with experience in the industrial beverage industry.
The Blender will be responsible for operating the mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing.
Blender
Responsibilities:
o Load Ingredients into the mixing machine hopper from the conveyor, scales, or had trucks, or directs other workers in performing this task.
o Operates the mixing tank until mixture reaches the desired consistency.
o Check Juice o CIP's and cleans the bending equipment and utensils.
o Tends automatic mixing machine.
o Maintain a clean work area, including the batch room and batch forklift.
o Ability to understand, record, and communicate product description, formulas and codes.
o Properly tag, seal and use reprocess drums from 50 gallon containers.
o Ability to follow strict guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy o Must be able to work eight regular hours
overtime as required.
o Forklift Certified Requirements:
o Must have at least 2 years of experience in blending with Chemicals, Juice or Liquids o Work with chemicals during the clean- up process.
o Working knowledge of TQM and GMP's o Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability of communicate professionally and customers and co-workers.
o Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as working in a team.
o Demonstrates attention to detail, a professional attitude, and produces accurate work product.
o Must be Enthusiastic, Proactive, Cooperative Attitude and Ability to follow-up.
o Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
o Must be able to clear a Criminal Background, Drug, Alcohol and Physical screening.
