Qualifications:
Hired directly for a formal business banking training program.
Discipline areas include:
credit, non-credit, consumer sales, partner sales, sales skills and functional training.
Receive training and assist business bankers in financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, preparing support documentation, pricing and structuring.
Participate in customer and prospect sales calls.
Upon successful completion of the training program will be placed within the business banking function.
Will be in job for up to 18 months.

Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.
The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, sales experience and accounting and/or finance acumen.
Excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
