REQUIREMENTS
PM / Consulting Skills/Client-facing Skills
Practitioner of WBS development and Task-level estimating
Ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of client organization in both verbal and written communications
Ability to manage and provide oversight for multiple concurrent releases
Ability to allocate testing resources across multiple release efforts; re-balance resource assignments based on changing priorities
Actively participate provide value-added input during Resource Planning meetings
Actively participate provide value-added input during Work Planning/Project Backlog meetings
Ability to develop/lead development of project-level templates; test plans, test cases, test results
Ability to provide SME-level support and/or mentor junior team members on application functionality/specific requirements for a given test execution
Ability to effectively lead discussions regarding best practices and facilitate value-added input from other team members
Ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal communication as related to individual releases and/or status meetings
Obtain institutional knowledge and/or effectively assess client political dynamics
Ability to ascertain critical path dependencies for a given release, activity, or task
Ability to assess and articulate project risks for a given release, activity, or task
Ability to work effectively with Client work status and tracking application(s); IBM Jazz
Ability to provide SME support and point-of-contact for all iterations of Functional, Performance, and Integration Testing for a given release
System Analyst Level knowledge and/or ability to quickly learn the following
Ability to clearly articulate the client's business functions that are supported by the given application; verbal and written
Client Database schema/structure and data relationships of the application DB
Client process for generating Letters and/or other Client-Facing Notices
Client Front-End process flows
Client batch process flows; letters, reports, interfaces, case maintenance, eligibility determination
Client external upstream/downstream applications and relevant E2E processes that receive/send data; below are ACES examples
Subversion or other applicable code/document repository; navigation and file import / export
General working knowledge of the following processes:
& Client Release Strategy/Planning
& Traditional SDLC/Agile Methodologies / Hybrid SDLC per Client
& Client Software configuration as it relates to the composition of the applicable TEST/DEV/PRE-PROD environments stood up for SIT and/or UAT
